Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging where possible

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Opened or used tape products (for hygiene reasons)
